ukexpert member subs

Gold, Platinum, or Diamond levels of subscription are available. Gold is £4 per calendar month (this works out to just 92p per week), Platinum £8, or Diamond £12. PayPal handle the subscriptions and ukexpert does not get involved in the transaction at all. Subscribers are welcomed from anywhere in the World, and the PayPal system will sort out the currency values etc. Please click the subscribe button beneath your choice from the 3 options above.

Subs help us cover the costs of the ukexpert community, such as the ukexpert Web server, storage and bandwidth costs, software, member meets, prizes, etc etc.

There are various perks for those who take out subs to ukexpert, including for all levels of subscriber:

When you are online to ukexpert your name will show in bold on the front page of the system and on the front page of the forums. Your name will also be in bold on all messages that you post. This shows others that you are part of and helping support the ukexpert community.
You will have access to the private subscriber forum.
You will have the ability to create photo albums on the system.
Subscribers have special assignments/competitions available to them, with engraved awards often available. Subscribers winning our general competitions will also normally win much higher value prizes than any awarded to those using the system as registered guests.
Your bookings take priority at the Summer BBQ and December Meets, and a meal is provided for you and a guest at these events free of charge. These events take place in the UK during the last weekend in July, and the first weekend in December. Members have attended ukexpert meets from all over the World, including England, Scotland and Wales, and mainland Europe, and from the USA and Australia.
Subscribers have an increased max photo size for uploads. This currently stands at 12 megabytes per photo. They can also upload many more photos than non subscribers.
Current subscribers may use photographs from the ukexpert photo collection as Windows backgrounds on their PC, and other non profit uses will be considered. **see below
Overseas or remote members visiting the UK or London will often find us able to arrange to meet up with them! Not only that but we can often arrange a meal with other members - at our cost, and perhaps some sightseeing together, or photo taking. Many members from the USA and around the World have visited the UK and attended meals and meets with UK members, and we really love to see members from places like the US, Australia, and around the World. We also try and arrange meets/meals near the locations of our keenest members, and in the past as well as our many meets across the UK we have held meets in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, etc. etc.
Your subscription status level shows under your name on every message you post on the forums. This shows you are supporting the system/community here. Your subscription status level is also displayed on your Profile Page.
You may use extra subscriber features as available. For example the countdown to a date & time system on forum messages.
Throughout the system those who have taken out subs can see more and do more.
...plus other non specified perks/surprises, particularly for Platinum and Diamond level subscribers. As strong believers in 'Karma' we will try and ensure that those who help this online community gain from doing so.
Some examples of Platinum and Diamond Level additional Perks:

Your status as a strong supporter of the ukexpert community is shown on every forum message posted. Your status as a Platinum or Diamond subscriber shows on every message, and on your profile page.
Free gifts from ukexpert may be available from time to time - this could be anything from a bottle of wine to items created using some of your photographs from the system.

One off donations..


To donate on a one off basis simply click on the PayPal donate button above, and your donation to the system will be made via Paypal. ukexpert does not get involved in the transaction at all, and that is all done via PayPal. You decide the one off amount you donate.

If you wish to donate small amounts we would suggest that you consider the subscription system above, as it is available from the equivalent of just 92p a week, and it helps us more, and it can be very beneficial for you to have subscriber status.

As well as individuals, companies may also make donations as above, and in the case of substantial donations it may be possible for advertising/sponsorship space to be made available.

Passing billionaires please note that for donations of £250k or more very substantial perks are available, including Web sites, domains, life membership, naming of areas of the system in your name or your company name, etc etc. Well, we can live in hope can't we...



Notes: All system rules still apply whether donations/subscriptions are made or not. Donations/subscriptions are never refunded in full or in part, and they are not a fee for a period or anything of that type, they are simply a voluntary donation. The various perks and 'thank you' offers for subscribers are at the discretion of the system and may not apply in every case, and they may be removed or changed without notice.
