Just an Update
It seems like ages since I was on here last and even longer since I wrote my last blog.
Work has really taken over much of my time as I'm trying to learn new skills and then pass them on to others for future IT projects. These vary from WiFi roll outs to a complete router swap outs in 1300 sites. We've just completed a 127 site server swap out which took about 7 weeks. I've taken on new roles and I'm now out and about doing disaster recoveries on site, new installations and upgrades
Life after "retirement"

Someone said to me before I left the Army that I would be lost in civvy street and I would find it hard to adjust with the different lifestyle and find having to fend for myself for the first time in 26 years difficult.
Well, I've taken to it like a duck to water, for the first time in years there is no stress, no one to justify my decisions to, (except my wife), I now have stability, my family is a lot happier, and I'm content with life, though I do need to get a job as the DIY is
