I have changed my job title to one that's more descriptive of the actual task - HVAC Consultant does little to let people know what the job actually consists of. This I suspect would be true for most engineers - the job title is often very generic - Senior Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Designer etc. You may want to consider modifying the form to capture this.
