The Shard in London is now selling tickets for their viewing platform. Sounds like a great photo opportunity doesn't it...

...as I type this their Web site is failing due to demand and they are suggesting phoning to order. I expect it will be fixed at some point.

Tickets are for next year.. as that is when it will open, about February I think. I guess the longer you leave it the later in the year your ticket will be for...if you get one.

We hope to block book some for a ukexpert meet at some point... as there will probably be more folks wanting to go than the tickets we will have available we'll perhaps have some sort of competition to see who can attend that or something of the sort....with the winners attending etc.

Tickets are about £25 per person. Kids a little less.
