How Much for a 2nd Hand System?

I recently replaced my old Evesham Micros Pentium 400, 768 meg ram, 8 gig hard disk &cd re-writer with a 14" flat panel monitor. I thought it was actually going wrong, but when I formatted the hard drive and reloaded Windows etc, it seems to be OK, although incredibly slow compared to my new machine

One of the chaps fitting our new windows and doors has spotted it in the garage and a wants to know how much I want for it. What sort of price should I ask?

    Nigel.

    Nigel,

Totally out of thin air... but £100 is the sort of price I would think of... you may be able to do much better though I don't know.

I did just check ebay, and they have Pentium 400's with less memory and no screen asking £100...but not getting it as far as I can see.

Could try £100 computer £50 screen.. offering to drop to £100 the lot if he doesn't bite...

All just idle thoughts...I know nothing about such stuff really!
